Yoga and Mindfulness can be incredibly powerful. I teach in a practical, none dogmatic way to bring this work to people at different stages in their life.
I currently work with young people in education settings from Year 10 upwards in South Yorkshire. I offer Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation classes and courses.
Sessions are tailored to the needs of each group, in consultation with the school, college or university. I often work with students to help them better manage stress and their overall sense of well-being. Content can be focussed specifically around supporting students through exams or other particular challenges.
I am DBS checked, a qualified Mental and Physical Health First Aider and fully insured to teach young people.
